Owen Brown Street Captain program
The Owen Brown Street Captain program exists to increase communication among neighbors, and to help organize street/block activities when there is interest. Street Captains are volunteers who take about an hour each month primarily to share neighborhood news, and to keep information flowing between their neighbors and the Village of Owen Brown.

If you are potentially interested in becoming a Street Captain for your street (or a section of it), or if you want to learn more about the program, please contact John Boyle at owen.brown.street.captain.info@gmail.com

The Owen Brown Village By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation are now online! You can view them here.

The Owen Brown Community Association is a non-profit civic organization whose purpose is to promote the health, safety, common good and social welfare of its members (owners of property in Owen Brown and tenants {individuals who reside on property within Owen Brown under a written lease})
