The Owen Brown Community Association is a non-profit civic organization whose purpose is to promote the health, safety, common good and social welfare of its members (owners of property in Owen Brown and
tenants {individuals who reside on property within Owen Brown under a written lease})The business and affairs of the association are managed by a Board of Directors which currently has
five members who serve two year terms. The Village Board is elected by the members of the association as is Owen Brown's representative on the Columbia Council. The Village Board carries out its duties with
the assistance of volunteers and a paid staff located at the Owen Brown Community Center (OBCC) at 6800 Cradlerock Way. The Village Board meets the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm in the Elkhorn
Room of the OBCC. Residents are encouraged to attend and speak out on any issues or concern.
